Erg. I failed no pork. Regret. I had breakfast with a friend and was so comfortable I forgot I wasn't eating pork. I suck. I had a bacon/spinach eggs Benedict that was so good, and the bacon pieces were the best cooked bacon, I'm weak. Okay, back to day 1 no pork. I'm fine everywhere else. Bacon is my weak spot.

Bring back male White House press secretaries! These female press secretaries aren't making it. Not a one of them. They can't even fake common sense. This Karoline Leavitt is so hard on the eyes and ears. Bimbo. Just get on the casting couch already like a real bimbo, you harlot, instead of badly faking whatever you're trying to do in front of the press corp. Any man who follows that lard orange oompa buffoon is a cuckold. Any woman who follows him is no better than a proud orange-junkie prostitute. (My 1950's grandma vibes took off the kid gloves!) I didn't think it was possible, but Ho piece Karoline actually makes Trump-o look even more stupid. Never in my life did I think America would be the bad guys. The moronic bad guys. Villains in an Austin Powers movie. If this country got invaded tomorrow, we would lose. Lose! I would LOVE the Pope to call out this White House administration as fake Catholics because they are. Cafeteria Catholics. Not one real Catholic or real Republican in this White House administration follows the teachings of Christ. NOT ONE. Can any person in this administration follow the ten commandments for even one full day. I want to see this entire White House administration, live on TV, receive the Eucharist and sit through Holy Mass. I want to see Trump-o receive the body and blood of Christ. I want them all in confession. Do it. Then let's see what happens. Let's see how many among the administration bursts into flames within a fortnight. Be a Catholic, don't be a Catholic, but if you wear the cross you better honor the teachings of Christ.
I gave up swearing. I'm trying anyway. Watching this administration tear up the constitution every day is very hard. I do the best I can to be patient, but we are under attack from within. Pure evil and sins against Christ has taken over the White House. How that Karoline Leavitt bimbo hasn't burst into flames when she wears a cross is beyond me. Then again, it's only a bedazzled cross from hot Topic just for show. That Jezabel is pure evil. An evil minion Jezabel serving under that fat orange inflatable tube donkey. Do not put your faith in man, put your faith in God. Serve God. All Christians are being tested.

On the 13th, three days ago, I took the Antelope Valley Metrolink train from Lancaster to Glendale. Two minutes after leaving the Lancaster station the train suddenly stopped. 40 minutes later sitting on the stopped train we learned the train hit a man instantly killing him and dragging him on the tracks until the train was able to make a complete stop. All us passengers could do was sit on the stalled train and wait. We weren't allowed off the train for obvious reason. The train shut off the water which meant there was no flushable toilet or sink to wash your hands in. After 3 HOURS of just sitting on the train passengers were starting to get hot, and angry to the point of almost committing violence. By the 5th HOUR of just sitting on the train local sheriffs escorted those who elected to get off the train if they wanted to walk back to the Lancaster station or Palmdale. Metrolink would NOT provide alternative modes of transport. Those people would have to walk or have someone pick them up. This happened on a Sunday. It took 6 HOURS total for the sheriffs, homicide, and coroner to finish their investigation and remove the body from under the train, all the while no flushing toilet or running water in the bathroom sink. I had luggage with me because I was relocating from Lancaster to Glendale, and while I would have been happy to pay an Uber to drive me from Lancaster to Glendale, getting someone willing to drive all the way there and back (assuming they lived in Lancaster/Palmdale) would have been difficult especially on a Sunday. All together I was on the train for 8 HOURS. A 2-hour train ride turned in 8 HOURS because some dude wanted to beat the train, or commit suicide, but more than that Metrolink should have had emergency alternative transport protocols put into place for such a situation. Not leave people stranded on a train for 6 bloody hours with no toilet or running water. After doing a brief Google search people getting hit by trains is more common than you might think. After the coroner left with the body and the train was given a green light to go, it still stopped every ten minutes to let other trains pass us since our train was 6-8 hours past schedule. From Lancaster to Glendale is a two-hour train ride. I finally arrived at my guest house around 7pm. The train left the station at 10:11am. Thankfully the homeowner of the guest house was very cool. All I could do was porously apologize for getting to the guest house six hours past my original ETA. I hate putting people out like that. Fortunately, the homeowners are very nice people.

Hearing the president of El Salvador calling Kilmar Abrego Garcia a "terrorist" after the White House admits it made a "clerical error" is such a snaky thing to do. Snake.

My sole constant comfort is watching these Eagles in Big Bear Lake raising their chicks. The chicks are like pre-teens now it seems. They have big feet, fluffy pajama bottoms, and their baby chick feathers are being replaced by adult black feathers. The chicks are literally spreading their wings now preflight. Spreading their wings. Practicing in the nest. I can't wait to see them fly off the nest for the first time. Watching these eagles raise their chicks on live cam confirms to me that good mommas are good mommas regardless of their species. Momma Jackie is over beak-feeding the chicks it seems. Last time I tuned in to the live cam she was perched at the edge of the nest as papa Shadow brought the eaglets Gizmo and Sunny a fresh fish. Jackie gave her life-mate some hard momma side-eye as only mommas give telling her mate, "It's time for these kids to feed themselves. Their beaks are strong enough. They know fish is food. If they're hungry they'll eat." All the while you can clearly see Shadow wants to beak-feed his kids, Jackie was throwing HARD momma side-eye at him like, "Don't you F'ing dare!" One of the eaglets pecked at the fish. The other wasn't even looking at it. So, Shadow did what all good dads do, he flew off the nest and got himself a fish to show his kids how to eat theirs. Soon after Jackie left Shadow with the kids, and he ended up beak-feeding them when Jackie wasn't looking. Typical! I know you're not supposed to humanize animals but c'mon. That was a total dad move!
Last I saw on live cam papa Shadow just threw chunks of fish at the eaglets and let them feed themselves. Baby steps. Know what I'm saying. They're getting there.
I've had three days (going on four) to chill out from that train fiasco, but I'm still stressed out by it. HOW does Metrolink not have better emergency protocols put into place. 6 HOURS sitting on a train with no water or alternative means of transport to the nearest operating train station? Metrolink, do better. This is how fatalist mentalities are made. "Welp, getting on the train in an hour. Better pack food and supplies in case the train hits and kills someone." Because it happened! Same goes for flying. Spirit Airlines doesn't seem so bad now does it. I've flown Spirit like six times in the last year, and no doors ripped off, no engines stopped working midflight, I got from point A to point B no problem. Never underestimate the underdogs.
I realize as a GenX elder I'm supposed to just sit back and let the chaos happen, but I have questions. How far will America allow this orange inflatable tube donkey sink our country? How long until judges realize Trump-o doesn't give a single F about your authority and power and will do whatever he wants anyway. He only cares about the wealthy 1%.
I have a theory that a Hispanic man or men gave one of the women in the Trump-o clan some long hard good loving, and that's why he hates Hispanic men. It's the only thing that makes sense. This administration doesn't care about laws or the constitution or religion or the American people, so why target Hispanic men?

I saw a Youtube reel where Neil DeGrasse Tyson posed the question, "If aliens landed on earth and said take me to your leader, who would you take them to. Not the president, no. I would take them to an astrophysicist or any leading scientist. That's who would have answers to the universe aliens would seek. Not the president." Are you kidding me, our current president has never even heard of an astrophysicist. NDT has a very good point. The true leaders of our country are the smartest men and women and honey that ain't this administration.

FYI, the most celebrated astrophysicist in America is Neil DeGrasse Tyson. He's amazing. Whenever I'm eating or knitting, many o' times I'm streaming his lectures and reels. This is companionship 2025. We just stream who we want to eat with and keep company with. That's why ASMR is so popular. Easy. No fuss no muss.
